Emirates Airlines-Dubai Jazz Fest @ Festival Park-Dubai Festival City: february 13-20 2014
The eight’s day music event continues to grow exponentially since its inception in 2003: this is more of a music festival featuring a wide variety of quality live entertainers, mostly jazz.
Most popular multi-day festival in the region. Most rewarded music event with eleven acclaimed awards in its record.
The theme of “Much More Than Jazz” was introduced for the first time with the initiation of the Dubai Jazz Festival, which has now grown to an annual icon featuring world-class artists and performers covering all genres of Jazz music as diverse as blues, funk, swing, acid, rock, contemporary, modern, and fusion.
The festival successfully evolved throughout its eleven years of existence expanding its artists’ roster to cover nearly every imaginable music style.
Festival Park is centrally located in the heart of Dubai. It has a huge parking space that can accommodate up to 10,000 vehicles for all festival guests. It also has a dedicated parking space for VIPs. In addition, Festival Park has an easy access and exit to the main venue. Selection of food and beverage is not a problem since there is a large number of a variety of F&B outlets available inside the venue.
Jazz Garden, The Legends Edition, in parallel with the Main Gigs of the Emirates Airline Dubai Jazz Festival.
First launched in 2009, it was the first time for Dubai to witness a multi-day festival with five days of free admission concerts especially for Jazz enthusiasts. The Jazz Garden ® features Jazz performers from all spheres, backgrounds and cultures ready to put forward a series of back-to-back entertaining nights for jazz lovers.
