Dubai Street Museum è un’iniziativa di arte pubblica che ha coinvolto 16 artisti internazionali e locali nella decorazione di alcuni muri della 2nd December Street nel quartiere di Satwa. Approvato dallo Sceicco Al Maktoum, il progetto, dalla durata quinquennale, intende convertire molte altre zone di Dubai in luoghi di arte pubblica; è organizzato da Brand Dubai, un giovane team che si definisce il braccio creativo del Governement of Dubai Media Office. Dubai Street Museum is an initiative of public art which involved 16 international and local artists in the decoration of some buildings walls of the 2nd December Street in Satwa District. Approved by Sheikh Al Maktoum, the five year-project, it intends to convert many other areas of Dubai in places of public art. New Etihad Museum in Dubai The new Etihad Museum, placed near the historical Union House (Dar Al Etihad) on the Jumeirah Road, it was inaugurated from HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and opened on the 2nd December during the 45th National Day’s celebrations. The Museum is a project from the Canadian Moryama & Teshima Architect, designers among others big projects like the National Museum in Riyadh and Al Sheerah Museum of Kuwait City, only wanting to mention the buildings in the area Middle East.
