ECHO Sound'17 @ Dubai Design District (D3) from 14th-16th December 2017 ECHO - the Middle East’s first art, design and technology festival - has announced the line-up for its Sound Festival: ECHO Sound ’17. ECHO Sound ’17 is Dubai’s new avant-garde sound and tech movement, bringing an international and local line up of DJs and audio-visual artists to headline the 3-day event taking place at d3, from the 14th to the 16th December this year.
